FAQ-339:
There appears to be an increase in SSO customers in June 2025 and a subsequent decrease in July 2025. Also, the SSO PLC values appear to be decreasing throughout June and July 2025. Can you please confirm that the SSO PLC data and SSO customer count data for June and July 2025 is correct?
The SSO PLC data as well as the SSO customer count data available on the Data Room page of the CBP website has been reviewed and is correct. AEP Ohio does not provide load analysis or forecast for SSO customers or SSO Load. Each bidder is responsible for its own independent assessment of all sources of information that may be pertinent and is responsible for making all investigations it deems necessary or advisable in its sole discretion before deciding to participate in any auction under AEP Ohio’s CBP.

FAQ-335:
Can I access historical data on the Data Room page of the CBP website?
Historical hourly energy data is available in the Archives matrix on the Data Room page of the CBP website. The Data Room is available for public use and contains the most up-to-date information available for the data series that are updated monthly, on or before the 20th of each month. An agreement with AEP Ohio is not required to access the Data Room.

Can you please confirm that the SSO, CRES, and PIPP April 2025 hourly load data is correct?
The data for April 2025 has been revised and updated in the AEP Ohio SSO Hourly Load, AEP Ohio CRES Hourly Load, AEP Ohio PIPP Hourly Load files currently posted to the Data Room of the CBP website.

Can AEP Ohio provide a municipal aggregation data update?
AEP Ohio makes available on an occasional basis data regarding municipal aggregation (http://www.aepohiocbp.com/index.cfm?s=dataRoom&p=monthly). No additional municipal aggregation data is expected to be posted prior to the March 2025 Auction at this time.

The Data Room contains the most up-to-date information available for the data series that are updated monthly. The files available on the Data Room page are typically updated monthly, on or before the 20th of each month. The next data update is expected to occur on or before April 20, 2023 and will reflect data through January 2023. Data updated through March 2023 is expected to be made available on or before June 20, 2023.

Can AEP Ohio provide an update to the aggregation data on the website?
AEP Ohio posted an updated AEP Government Aggregation file to the Data Room on March 6, 2023 (https://www.aepohiocbp.com/index.cfm?s=dataRoom&p=monthly). A new tab has been added with Billed kWh data for the months of October 2022 through February 2023. The customer count data on this tab has been updated as of February 2023. Please note that the billed kWh data for January and February 2023 reflects preliminary load data at this time as post-60 day settlement PJM data is not yet available for these months.The other tabs in this file have not been changed since the file was last posted on October 6, 2022. Information provided in FAQ-285 remains relevant to the data on tab ‘Oct 2021 - Sep 2022’.
