December 13, 2022: ANNOUNCEMENT: Alternate Guaranty Process is Now Open!

The Alternate Guaranty Process is now open. This process is entirely optional. The Alternate Guaranty Process is an opportunity for those bidders that have corporate policies that prevent them from using the Form of Guaranty appended to the Master SSO Supply Agreement to submit an alternate guaranty form for consideration by AEP Ohio. AEP Ohio has specified a list of minimum requirements, which are listed in the Alternate Guaranty Process document, posted to the Information - Documents page of the CBP website.

The deadline for submission of all required documentation is 12 PM (EPT) on Friday, December 23, 2022. Please submit all required documentation by email to the Auction Manager at AEP-CBP@nera.com.
