FAQ-81:
Will you provide hourly energy information and customer counts for PIPP load separate from SSO data?
Not at this time. AEP Ohio has updated the monthly totals for PIPP load through September 2015. PIPP load and customer counts will otherwise remain part of SSO data. AEP Ohio may provide more detailed information on PIPP load for future auctions, depending on the implementation of the PIPP Program described in Ohio HB 64.

FAQ-76:
What is the timing of the implementation of the PIPP Program pursuant to enactment of House Bill 64?
Timing of the implementation of the PIPP Program is uncertain and AEP Ohio offers no guarantees in that regard, in terms of when it will be implemented, but it could potentially be implemented in conjunction with the next ESP. Under House Bill 64, the Director of Development Services is to adopt rules to implement Sections 4928.54, 4928.541, and 4828.542 of the Revised Code. The Director of Development Services can then submit a written request to the PUCO to design, manage, and supervise the competitive procurement process contemplated by Section 4928.54. Please consult House Bill 64 for any additional information.

FAQ-75:
Does the Master SSO Supply Agreement address the possibility of PIPP load being aggregated by the Ohio Development Services Agency pursuant to the enactment of Ohio House Bill 64?
The Master SSO Supply Agreement has general provisions regarding changes in law. For example, Section 4.6, Compliance with Governmental Directives of the Master SSO Supply Agreement states: “Each SSO Supplier acknowledges and agrees that AEP Ohio may need to act in response to directives by a Governmental Authority that may affect SSO Supply or SSO Load. Each SSO Supplier agrees to cooperate fully with AEP Ohio in order to comply with such directives.”

FAQ-72:
How do we proceed through the Part 1 Application if there has been a change to our name (but not a change in corporate structure) since the last auction? Do we need to start over as a new bidder?
You do not need to start over as a new bidder. Please do the following: (1) change the “Name of Applicant” in Section 1.1 of the Part 1 Form; and (2) resubmit any Insert required by the Part 1 Application that include the Name of the Applicant. Please note that this means that you will be required to resubmit some Inserts that would otherwise have been retained from the prior auction.
