FAQ-63:
Is the credit-based tranche cap, which was established prior to the first auction, a total across both auctions? In order to determine eligibility for the second auction, do we have to subtract the number of tranches we won in in the first auction?
Yes. Please see paragraph IV.1.2. of the CBP Rules, which states “The credit-based tranche cap is an overall cap in effect across all auctions of the CBP.” Your Initial Eligibility, which is your Updated Indicative Offer at the Maximum Starting Price, for the second Auction on May 12, 2015 cannot exceed the credit-based load cap provided in your Part 1 Notification minus the number of tranches won in the first Auction held on April 28, 2015.

FAQ-60:
Can you provide the current contract termination dates of the reasonable arrangements approved by the Commission under R.C. 4905.31 for both companies. Please also provide the approximate aggregated load.
AEP Ohio serves 3 customers under reasonable arrangements approved by the Commission under R.C. 4905.31. Their contract termination dates are: June 1, 2015 for the Globe Metallurgical arrangement; January 1, 2019 for the Eramet Marietta arrangement; and December 31, 2015 for the TimkenSteel Corporation arrangement.
Currently the aggregate load for these customers is approximately 347.5 MW. Please note that not all reasonable arrangement customers take service under the standard service offer. However, the most recent PLC data provided for non-shopping and shopping customers was adjusted accordingly.

Please provide start dates and end dates for the largest AEP-Ohio government aggregations listed in the data room. Can any of these potentially go back to the SOS during the supply term for the ESPIII?
