FAQ-227:
In the online Part 1 Form for the November 2020 Auction, I see that a number of inserts have been retained from the last time we participated. Do we need to provide new versions of these inserts?
Bidders that have previously participated in an AEP Auction will find that certain inserts will be retained in the online Part 1 Form. Returning bidders are not required to provide new versions of these retained inserts if the information within the insert remains correct and up to date. The following inserts are retained for returning bidders:- the Representative Designation Insert (#P1-1);
- the Representative Responsibilities Insert (#P1-2); and
- the Legal Representative Insert (#P1-4)
New copies of the following inserts are required of both returning and new bidders.
- If designating Nominees, the Designation of Nominees Insert (#P1-3);
- If not a PJM member in good standing, or if the Applicant is not currently qualified by PJM as a “Market Buyer” and “Market Seller” pursuant to PJM Agreements and qualified as a PJM “Load Serving Entity”, the PJM Requirements Insert (#P1-5);
- the Certifications Insert (#P1-6); and
- If part of a bidding agreement with another party, the Bidding Agreement Insert (#P1-7)
