July 10, 2014: ANNOUNCEMENT: Part 1 Window is Open

The Part 1 Window for the September 2014 Auction under AEP Ohio’s CBP is now open!

Bidders use the application website to submit the online Part 1 Form and to upload required documents.  Bidders that have received login credentials can now access the application website by following the instructions provided by the Auction Manager. To obtain your login credentials, please register for an application account by clicking here.

Part 1 Applications are due by 12 PM (noon) on Thursday, July 31, 2014.
