ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTOctober 22, 2024: ANNOUNCEMENT: Capacity Proxy Prices
As stated in Section III.1.6 of the CBP Rules, if the results for an auction under PJM’s RPM for a delivery year are not known by, or prior to, five (5) business days prior to the date the SSO auction begins, a “Capacity Proxy Price” is established for the delivery year for which the capacity price was not announced by PJM. When a Capacity Proxy Price is established for a product in an SSO auction, a true-up mechanism, described in Attachment H to the Master SSO Supply Agreement, will become effective for the product.
Pursuant to Section II.1.5 of the CBP Rules, the Auction Manager may update a Capacity Proxy Price for a delivery year. Any such update will be made no later than five (5) business days prior to the date the SSO auction begins. We confirm that the Capacity Proxy Prices announced during the Bidder Information Session on September 5, 2024 remain unchanged. The Capacity Proxy Prices are provided below for convenience.
