August 23, 2019: ANNOUNCEMENT: November 2019 Auction Documents Posted to the CBP Website; ANNOUNCEMENT: Alternate Guaranty Process Is Now Open

The upcoming November 2019 Auction will procure two products, a 12-month product and a 24-month product, each with a supply period starting on June 1, 2020.  The Auction Manager has posted the following documents to the Information - Documents page of the CBP website for the upcoming Auction:

The Alternate Guaranty Process is now open.  This process is entirely optional.  The Alternate Guaranty Process, which is open once each year, is an opportunity for those bidders that have corporate policies that prevent them from using the Form of Guaranty appended to the Master SSO Supply Agreement to submit an alternate guaranty form for consideration by AEP Ohio. AEP Ohio has specified a list of minimum requirements, which are listed in the Alternate Guaranty Process document, posted here. The deadline for submission of all required documentation is 12 PM (EPT) on Wednesday, August 28, 2019.   Please submit all required documentation by email to the Auction Manager at AEP-CBP@nera.com.
