March 09, 2016: ANNOUNCEMENT: Estimated MW-Measure and Seasonal Factors

We confirm that the seasonal factors announced on January 13, 2016 are unchanged. The seasonal factors are: 1.000 for summer (June to September) and 1.000 for non-summer (October to May).

The estimated MW-measure has been updated to 1% of the current PLC. The PLC reflects the exclusion of 17% of the PIPP Load for which supply will be procured through a separate RFP auction process (see Case No. 16-247-EL-UNC, where “PIPP” stands for Percentage of Income Payment Plan).
