ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTOctober 29, 2012: Invitation: Initial Written Comments on Key Elements of the CBP Due TODAY at 6PM
On October 25, 2012, AEP Ohio and NERA Economic Consulting (“NERA”) held the first workshop related to AEP Ohio’s Competitive Bidding Process (“CBP”) to present the key elements of the proposed CBP and to solicit input from stakeholders. Stakeholders may also submit their initial written comments on the key elements of the proposed CBP via email to OhioCBP@aep.com by 6PM TODAY. Late comments will be accepted; however, there may not be time for these comments to be considered in time for the next stakeholder workshop.
Please see the presentation of the first stakeholder workshop here. You may submit your comments as a redline to the document “Proposal for Key Elements of the CBP”, which is available on the Documents page of the AEP CBP website. Key elements discussed in the document include:
- Product definition including key terms of the Master SSO Supply Agreement;
- Creditworthiness standards and qualification process;
- Auction process and timing; and
- Data to be provided to potential suppliers.
