ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTOctober 22, 2012: Posting: Proposal for Key Elements of the CBP
A “Proposal for Key Elements of the CBP” document has been posted to the Documents page of the Ohio Power Company (“AEP Ohio”) Competitive Bidding Process (“CBP”) website. Key elements discussed in the document include:
· Product definition including key terms of the Master SSO Supply Agreement;
· Creditworthiness standards and qualification process;
· Auction process and timing; and
· Data to be provided to potential suppliers.
The workshop to be held on October 25, 2012 is to discuss these key elements. If you wish to participate in the upcoming workshop and have yet to receive an RSVP confirmation, please RSVP here, or provide a simple response of "YES" by return email to AEP-CBP@nera.com (or you may also respond to OhioCBP@aep.com).
The presentation will be followed by a question and answer session, as well as a comment period for stakeholder input. Further, stakeholders are invited to submit written comments on the key elements of the CBP by close of business on October, 29, 2012.
Details for the October 25 workshop are as follows. The workshop will be held at the Columbus Airport Marriot (address is provided below). Attendees are responsible for their own hotel reservations and meals (there is a restaurant on site).

The workshop will begin at 10 AM and the schedule will be as follows:
10AM – Noon: Presentation of proposed elements of the CBP
Noon – 1PM: Lunch (attendees are responsible for their own meals)
1PM – 3PM: Question and answer session; discussion
