November 06, 2023: REMINDER: Part 2 Application is due 12 PM (noon) EPT Wednesday, November 8, 2023

Bidders that received a Part 1 Notification on Thursday, October 26, 2023 stating that they are qualified pursuant to a successful Part 1 Application may now submit a Part 2 Application. Qualified Bidders provide information related to the Part 2 Application using the application website.

Please refer to your Part 1 Notification for instructions regarding the submission of pre-bid security and any other instructions from the Auction Manager. If submitting a Pre-Bid Letter of Credit, please note that the final sentence in Paragraph 14, which lists the titles of Authorized Officers of the Auction Manager, has changed since the previous Auction.  The Final List of Acceptable Modifications to Pre-Bid Security Documents is available on the Information - Documents page of the CBP website.

If submitting cash, you must request instructions from the Auction Manager via email at AEP-CBP@nera.com.

Part 2 Applications are due by 12 PM (noon) Eastern Prevailing Time on Wednesday, November 8, 2023.
