Parties proposing to use an alternate form of guaranty must submit any modifications or revisions required by AEP Ohio by Friday, December 29, 2017. The Alternate Guaranty Process is an opportunity for bidders that have corporate policies that prevent them from using the Form of Guaranty appended to the Master SSO Supply Agreement to submit an alternate guaranty form for consideration by AEP Ohio. AEP Ohio has specified a list of minimum requirements, which are listed in the Alternate Guaranty Process document, posted to the Information - Documents page.
