On November 8, 2012 and November 9, 2012, AEP Ohio and NERA Economic Consulting (“NERA”) held the second workshop related to AEP Ohio’s Competitive Bidding Process (“CBP”) to present the key documents of the proposed CBP and to solicit input from stakeholders. Stakeholders may also submit their written comments on the key documents via email to OhioCBP@aep.com by 6PM TODAY.
Presentations from the second stakeholder workshop are posted at the top of the Documents page of the AEP CBP website (if you do not see the presentations immediately, please refresh the page). You may submit your comments as a redline to the posted documents, which are also available on the Documents page. Posted documents include:
- Master Energy Supply Agreement;
- Bidding Rules; and
- Communications Protocols.
