August 10, 2016: REMINDER: Alternate Guaranty Process Deadline is Friday, August 12th at 12 PM (EPT)

The deadline to submit an alternate guaranty form and all required materials is 12 PM (EPT) Friday, August 12, 2016.  All required materials must be submitted electronically by email to the Auction Manager at AEP-CBP@nera.com.

The Alternate Guaranty Process is entirely optional. The Alternate Guaranty Process is an opportunity for bidders that have corporate policies that prevent them from using the Form of Guaranty appended to the Master SSO Supply Agreement to submit an alternate guaranty form for consideration by AEP Ohio. AEP Ohio has specified a list of minimum requirements, which are listed in the Alternate Guaranty Process document, posted to the Information – Documents page.
