March 08, 2016: REMINDER: Part 2 Applications are due by 12 PM (noon) next Tuesday, March 15, 2016

Only Qualified Bidders that have successfully submitted a Part 1 Application may submit a Part 2 Application. Part 2 Applications are due by 12 PM (noon) Tuesday, March 15, 2016.

Please refer to the Part 1 Notification dated February 23, 2016 and Initial Login Instructions for information regarding the submission of the Part 2 Application and pre-bid security.

As stated in our announcement dated March 4, 2016, the Auction Manager has released revised CBP Rules and Master SSO Supply Agreement to the CBP website to reflect the exclusion of the load of PIPP customers from the SSO auction product. All Applicants must agree to the terms of the revised CBP Rules and revised Master SSO Supply Agreement in order to qualify to bid for the upcoming auction.
