ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTNovember 05, 2012: Posting of Drafts of Key Documents, Invitation for Written Comments, and Stakeholder Workshop Reminder
Drafts of key documents of AEP Ohio’s Competitive Bidding Process (“CBP”) have been posted to the Documents page of the AEP CBP website. Posted documents include:
- Master Energy Supply Agreement;
- Bidding Rules; and
- Communications Protocols.
AEP Ohio and NERA Economic Consulting (“NERA”) will hold a second workshop on November 8, 2012 and November 9, 2012 to present the drafts of these documents and to solicit input from stakeholders.
Furthermore, stakeholders are invited to submit their written comments on the drafts of key documents via email to OhioCBP@aep.com by 6PM Tuesday, November 13, 2012. You may submit your comments as redlines to the posted documents.
