ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTNovember 01, 2012: Invitation: Second Stakeholder Workshop on November 8 and November 9
AEP Ohio has initiated a stakeholder process to establish a Competitive Bidding Process (“CBP”) for the procurement of slice-of-system energy-only products starting as early as May 2013.
PLEASE NOTE!! At the request of stakeholders, the timing of the second workshop has changed. AEP Ohio and NERA Economic Consulting (“NERA”) will hold the second workshop in Columbus, Ohio in two sessions, the first on the afternoon of Thursday, November 8, 2012 andthe second on the afternoon of Friday, November 9, 2012. The second workshop is to discussdrafts of key documents and to solicit input from stakeholders.
If you wish to participate, please use the “RSVP for an Information Session” link available by clicking on “Contact Us” on the left menu bar of the CBP website www.aepohiocbp.com, or provide a simple response of "YES" by return email to AEP-CBP@nera.com (or you may also respond to OhioCBP@aep.com).
Each session will begin with a presentation of the key documents of the CBP. Documents to be discussed include:
- Master SSO Supply Agreement;
- Bidding Rules; and
- Communications Protocols.
Each presentation will be followed by a question and answer session, as well as a comment period for stakeholder input. The sessions will be held at the Columbus Airport Marriott (address is provided below). Attendees are responsible for their own hotel reservations and meals (there is a restaurant on site).
